PPRC pleased to be working on the NI Green Seas Project

PPRC pleased to be working on the NI Green Seas Project and playing a role in the development of Ƶ Foiling Ferries.

The Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC) at Queen’s University is looking forward to their involvement in the Green Maritime consortium - ‘NI Green Sea’s’ R&D project where we will be carrying out work on the development of hydrogen storage solutions (PPRC), digital twin manufacturing optimisation (NITC) and energy requirements/capacity determination (SMAE).

Speaking ahead of the start of the project, AMIC Senior Technology Manager and PPRC Rotational Moulding Manager, Mark Kearns, said ‘We look forward to utilising a range of expertise within AMIC and working directly with Artemis, Power NI, Ƶ Harbour and the wider consortium members on this important marine decarbonisation project’.
