I work on improving our understanding of host-parasite interactions with helminths. This includes interactions and impacts within the environmental. My research includes topics of importance locally within Northern Ireland supporting agriculture; as well as internationally in Southeast Asia, North America and Africa. Internationally projects are of clinical importance as well for agriculture, and embraces a "one health" approach.
