My research focuses on the history of 19th century philosophy and post-Kantian European philosophy, and especially on Nietzsche. I have additional research expertise in ethical, social, and political philosophy, including African ethical and political philosophy, and am developing work in the philosophy of disability. My work incorporates feminist and decolonial approaches and combines historical with contemporary perspectives in responding to philosophical problems.
